YNP Seven is an upcoming rapper who is on the road to stardom. YNP stands for “Young and Poetic” and 7 comes from his city Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The independent artist has been in the music scene for about a year and a half but decided to take his career to the next level once he got out of high school. As an artist who means what he says in his music, you could describe his style as unconventional, unorthodox, and real.
When asked what some of his favorite highlights are from being in the industry, YNP Seven responded “My favorite highlight was releasing my new EP Trip 7 my favorite memory was going to Las Vegas to record some songs with my YNP brothers My favorite accomplishment would be receiving positive feedback from bigger artists.”
Last year, he participated in a turkey drive for the homeless during covid. Giving back to the community is important to YNP Seven because he remembers when he was in their position. Growing up, YNP Seven would look up to Artists like 50 Cent, J. Cole, G Herbo, and Playboi Carti. So far, he has released a lot of singles and 2 EP’s. His favorite is his new EP ‘Trip 7’ due to the fact that he could see the progression of his artistry. With the hopes to become one of the top names in the game, there is no doubt that YNP Seven is destined for greatness.
