As Lizzo and Cardi B’s “Rumors” rises to the charts, the rise in haters increases as well. Lizzo has been facing heat from internet trolls since the beginning of her career. Lizzo never let it phase her as she continues to push the envelope in her music.

After her recent collaboration with Cardi B, the haters became louder and louder. In quick interaction with TMZ, Offset comes to Lizzo and Cardi’s defense. He explains that haters need to back off these two beautiful Black women. He further says that “they work hard to entertain and be entertainers” therefore haters need to back off and stop spreading negativity.

It’s refreshing to see people defend Black women and silence the hating internet trolls. The negative rumors may be loud, but it is no match for artists who take a stand against the negativity. We love to see other artists support the undeniable talent of Lizzo!
