How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard your music before?
It’s something different. I can’t really pin a rapper that I sound like, because I don’t think I’m like anybody else. It’ll make you feel, and it’ll make you think.
Have you ever experienced writer’s block? How do you get your creative process going?
YES. I usually take myself all the way out of “my mode” and watch a movie or funny videos and come back to it later. If I continue to sit in it and think about how I have writer’s block I won’t be able to get rid of it.
Aside from music do you have any side hobbies?
I love to cook, draw, play video games, watch movies, and take naps.
What is one song/project that you have released that reminds you of a happy or sad moment in your life?
S.H.I.P. – that entire EP is based on a compilation of relationships. Every single song is from a moment I lived from Euphoric to melancholy.
If you could Collab with one person in the industry, who would it be and why?
D SMOKE. I watched him battle up the ladder on rhythm and flow. There were times where he stumbled, and almost fell even, but he NEVER quit. Now, look at him, Grammy-nominated.
If you can pick any show or venue to headline which it be and why?
Maddison Square Garden. I’ve had so many standing ovations in my room dreaming about performing there with it filled to capacity, everybody screaming for me. I’ve seen so many artists go through there on their journey, it’s become a goal.
Do you have any mentors, teachers, or people you look up to? Explain Why.
I look up to Nipsey Hussle (R.I.P), Rick Ross, 50 Cent.
