El Cee, is an artist whose music is a blend of old-school flows, storytelling verses, and a new genre that breaks the rules. Born and raised in New York, El Cee’s journey started when his brother started calling him LC. In honor of his uncle’s trucking company, El Cee became his artist name. His inspiration ranges from NAS, Wu-Tang, EPMD, and Tribe Called Quest, to Frank Sinatra, Louie Prima, and The Roots. Although he is in the early stages of his career, he has developed his live performances quite nicely. The highlight of his career to date was the NYE 2021 performance where he owned the stage.
When he is not in the studio, El Cee enjoys cooking, hosting parties, spending time with his family and friends, and practicing yoga and meditation. El Cee wants to inspire and educate his listeners as he continues his music career. In the next five years, he sees himself shining his light and leading by example on a global level. He also aims to continue developing both his Clean Energy career and his music. He writes his lyrics and works with Motoe Haus, an internationally renowned producer and DJ legend, which creates the tracks, mixes/engineers, and masters. “Freedom” ft. Roosevelt is his only project so far, but he has eight more on the way.
